What is BioTexCom guarantee?

Let's discuss the matter of guarantee one more time. What is guarantee that BioTexCom provides to our patients?

Comments

  1. Nice thing to hear. We've never come across such guarantee before. When I told my close relatives we signed 5 shots package for 9900 euro (EUR 1,980 per cycle which is incredibly cheap!) and that we have the guarantee or money back --they didn't believe. I absolutely love the idea they say you'll leave the country with your baby (better sooner than later) and that they have the own sperm/egg priority before switching onto donor eggs. Seems they try everything they can to become successful with your very program.

  2. For 49900 euro we got the following:
    Unlimited number of attempts. Using donor eggs doesn’t require any extra fees as it's covered already. All medical examinations. They do their extra checkups in order to make the treatment effective. Medications for hormonal stimulation in framework of the program & vitamins. Also medical expenses and services of medical staff. Legal service which is so important for everyone coming overseas. These are: assisting in getting all documents in civil status registry office and embassy, translations, lawyer service, assisting of a manager at all stages the your program. Accommodation. We could stay in comfortable Venice Hotel and be provided with housemaid, cook and babysitter. Meals. Transportation. We had an opportunity to choose surrogate on our own. They had photos, video interview and even 3D photo. PGD. We could make sure that embryos were healthy or determine the gender of embryos. Pediatrician supervision.
    All things mentioned PLUS their guarantee. A super great thing to have!!

    1. I agree their packages are well thought out. There are suitable ones for everyone's pocket. Their contract are trasparent. All services and costs mentioned. No hidden costs. You get the plan, follow treatments and sooner or later get your baby. As far as I know there were no cases when biotexcom patients returned home without kids. It's a good sign surely!!

  3. With BioTexCom no baby means a full refund. I happened to read quite often 'We offer a pricing option with a 100% refund of the fee for the cycle (medications not included) if no baby delivery. Please, do notice -- medications not included!! Or if we take for example, some programs charging $15,000 or more per cycle (with no guarantee!!) report success rates of less than 20% per cycle for women under 40. This way the clinic's costs seem even far too more reasonable. Definitely worth looking onto, to my mind.

  4. Their guarantee is absolutely amazing!! When I happened to say there could be guarantees with infertility treatments, people used to say wow, is this possible? Or no this can't be, you're kidding. Or yet another one 'who can guarantee at all? This is a blessing for people when you say: We'll try again and again until are successful with no extra fees!! So inspiring to one's ear..

    1. We experienced surrogacy treatment in Biotexcom. So why biotex?? Firstly, the clinic has invented the never seen before all-inclusive unlimited packages. They together with affordable prices and a decent level of services created an efficient success formula. This clinic has become a tough rival for its competitors and an IVF giant in Ukraine. But every medal has two sides and nothing remains the same. We have our positive experience of but there is a lot of controversial information on the internet and battles on the forums about it. It may be hard to squeeze the essence and get to the core, but it is possible!
      The first strong side of this fertility treatment facility is highly professional doctors and reproductive specialists (as well as modern equipment). They are really qualified and work for the result. Off course this isn’t the only clinic with high-class professionals in Ukraine, but in medical facilities, a lot depends on the doctors and it’s always good to know that they deserve your trust and are capable of doing their job right. And good doctors in IVF means high success rate! Biotex packages have accommodation and food included! This is definitely an attractive and convenient feature. The most attractive part in the services of this clinic is the all-inclusive packages for surrogacy in Ukraine that are intended to take care of all the possible stress, complicated paper work and possible issues. If I'd ever have a chance to change sth I wouldn't. This clinic gave us our sweet healthy twins via surrogacy. We'll be grateful for this forever!

  5. This topic is really sensitive. I used to read so many times people wondering how could one guarantee success with treatments. A girl on a forum even responded once to me ''Money refund - I'm not buying this''. How can this matter be better explained if no this helpful video from first hand! So good you explain things to people. And it's important to know that not every couple can opt for guaranteed packages. There are some restrictions. Of course they're more likely to say no if you have some of the genetic diseases. Or if you've hidden for example some of the facts which may cause risks during pregnancy. they have to know guaranteed treatment plan will 90% work out and offer unlimited number of attempts to boost chances. And if you fail to conceive after 5 shots and don't want to continue or your body is not likely to deal with this meds burden any more, they will refund all money paid back. Anyway I've never seen such option before among other clinics considered.

  6. ''refund'' along with treatment plans was quite surprising to read for both of us. This is almost a unique option. Live birth or money back..sounds very attractive. As much as that the fact all bio tex com patients got their kids at the end. I also liked their aproach as for the surrogates' screening. Seems we knew everything about ours..Thank you for all your work whilst all plan stages.

  7. All their packages are all-inclusive. Meaning they include: Accommodation. Meals. Medical procedures and medications. Medical and psychological examination of the surrogates. Payments to the surrogate. Transfers to and from the airport and the clinic. Donor eggs if needed – for no additional price!! Interpreter with you at the clinic on every visit. Legal help to obtain documents for the baby after it is born. Monthly ultrasound reports with pictures of your baby. English speaking coordinator who is considered to be your point of contact at the clinic. Moreover, all packages are paid in 5 intallments!! No need to pay the whole money sum at once. The last 2 installments are paid after the birth of your baby! Needless to say their ''guaranteed'' refund if no luck. Just incredible

  8. We were quite dissapointed with our previous repro center. They seemed to turn their deaf ear to us every time we were trying to get answers. Then a kind woman on a forum told me such a thing: ''If you call the clinic and they say they're too busy to answer your questions, try elsewhere! They may not have time for your questions once you're a patient, either!!'' This did help us to make out mind on switching the clinics. Soon afterwards found ourselves in Ukraine, BioTexCom clinic.

    1. I'm sad to hear you've had bad experience with your previous clinic.

    2. Unexplained infertility..I guess this is even more difficult not to know what to struggle with. If there’s dx, you can at least get prepared for the possible outcome. And when you’re simply told ‘you can’t get prego or carry pregnancy’ and ‘we don’t know why’ – it does knock you down. Here and there they give the following tips, like: Do not blame yourself. Concentrate on your future. Work as a team with your partner. Educate yourself. Set limits on how long you are willing to try and decide on what you are willing to pay. Get support from professionals and others with infertility problems to help you through your infertility journey. Feel comfortable avoiding activities which are focused on pregnancy or births (i.e. baby showers). Balance optimism and realism. Take care of yourself by pursuing other interests. But if only using these techniques was that easy!!..

    3. Yet one of the well-known growing tendencies is that more and more women are giving birth after 40+. I guess, the reasons for this change are manifold, including increasing numbers of women attending university and pursuing careers, the rising cost of raising a family, and relationship instability. Advances in contraceptive and reproductive technology have given women greater control in planning their family, which means that for many women, delaying motherhood is an active and empowered choice. There may also be a ‘celebrity effect’, as women see and read about celebrities having children after 40, apparently effortlessly. However, a woman’s fertility does decrease dramatically after 40 and it is important to know the facts about conception at 40 and above. For us, IF women/men everything differs dramatically. We We'd been ttc for 7 years. Doing multiple IUI attempts which sadly failed one after another. We underwent loads of tests to tell us what was wrong. We still gave a try to ivf with own egg which was called off because of only 1 additive test undone! And this 1 single additional test could have told us 7 years ago!! that it wasn't going to happen! Thankfully we found overseas Biotexcom where successfully completed our DE surrogacy program resulting in beautiful healthy twins. Am just saying my huge THANK YOU, guys, for your job!

  9. Every win-win plan is worth considering always! 'cause applying for it you at least have the clear plan and coverage! This always goes like following. The repro center offers a definite number of shots and if you're not lucky to conceive within those shots, they refund you money back. Though, the thing with the Biotexcom is that you get Unlimited number of att. But in case you fail to achieve pregnancy after those 5 atts, and cannot/don't want to continue - they will 100% cover it. The hugest factor of all is that their VIP plans cost the same as 1-2 shots plans, not guaranteed, not all-inclusive somewhere in the US, for example.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Their 'guaranteed' plan is incredible. A very rare thing to see, surely. There are a lot of repro centers in Ukraine. Some of them began to offer something similar. But their costs are higher. and they don't offer such a set of services like Biotexcom. @Mike newman comments well. Their packages are all inclusive. You pay for the number of shots and are sure not to bother about of accommodations, medications, donor eggs whatever. Sounds great, surely.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Surrogacy costs surrogacy costs vary from country to country. As does the success rate and legal requirements. We have to be wise. Often there are non-standard expenses that can add thousands to your final price. Sometimes these costs are obvious. Other times the costs are more subtle. I appreciate biotexcom has invented its own unique ''win'' plans which cover the IP from the money loss and give some reassurance you'll get your baby in the end.

    1. All their plans ae all inclusive. After signing the contracts you get: med screening. all meds needed for the protocols. donor eggs if needed. legal support. Translator's services. 24/7 support line. Dr's and nurses' supervision. accomodations, meals, transportations.

      Delete
  12. Being covered from the money loss is a big deal. This way you have so called back plan. if your initial plan doesn't work, then you're able to get your money back and spend them for further treatments wherever you want. Donor egg fee is already included into the package which is also quite a rare thing to see. We've come across sth like that. But the set of services was not so wide as in Biotexcom. Just good professional job.

    1. It was definitely limbo- for sure. I had everything in a row to have kids. Sure, financially it could be spent on really fun trips for my dh and me but, I could see myself in one of those beautiful places I'd like to see and, rather than enjoying it, seeing it as a "replacement" for the kid I gave up on having. It was like I couln't enjoy life anymore and I was stuck. For this very reason we, just like you, began researching the best options for us. ''Guaranteed'' plans were the priority. I'm with you - being covered from the money loss is a big deal!

    2. As far as I know, the main factor for endometrial scratching for women is known to be multiple failed IVF cycles. despite seemingly good quality embryos. Doctors say the procedure can boost IVF success rates as it appears to improve the implantation rate of a subsequent cycle.
      It involves performing an endometrial biopsy around day 21 of the menstrual cycle. A small sample of endometrial tissue is obtained. The procedure often causes cramping. So they recommend taking an over-the-counter pain reliever ahead of time. Besides it can also be done at the time of a hysteroscopy.
      It is believed that disrupting the lining of the uterus releases growth factors that help to improve embryo implantation. Ladies who have failed two or more IVF cycles seem to benefit the most from this procedure.

  13. Couples contacting fertility centers for surrogacy usually have a background of multiple unsuccessful treatments - IUIs, IVFs, donor egg IVFs, etc. With all those failures, they wasted time and money. That’s why biotex guarantee of having a baby blows away. I've already shared this. We met a very kind couple from Denmark there in the clinic. They had 8 unsuccessful attempts of IVFs (DE & OE) and trying to conceive for almost 12years. It was so hard for me to listen to their story..God love them poor things. Sometimes it does take this long!! So they switched to surrogacy. They told us they had signed with biotex because they provide unlimited number of attempts for fixed price. In their case donor eggs surrogacy. This was similar to our contract. The only difference is that I'm giving my own eggs. I'm going through hormonal stimulation. Thus, in case it won’t work from two attempts, they will have to shift for donor eggs.

    1. Feel great sorrow for all those infertile couples who are fighting for their little ones. This rollercoaster is demanding. There are lots of reasons our cycles fail or end in a miscarriage.
      Female Age. Since each woman is born with a certain number of eggs, as you age, you use those eggs up. Your likelihood of a live birth after IVF is greater the younger that you are. Some studies show that the likelihood of a live birth after IVF for a woman age 35 is around 32 percent. but only 16 percent for a woman who is 40. Of course, this is not a guarantee that IVF won’t work for your particular case.
      Embryo Quality. Embryo Quality can be another contributing factor to IVF failure. Some embryos have genetic or chromosomal abnormalities that can make them too weak to work for IVF. Still other embryos don’t have enough cells to survive and are less likely to fertilize. There are quite a few things that can contribute to embryo quality which can eventually lead to IVF failure.
      Ovarian Response. Sometimes a woman’s ovaries just do not respond properly to the IVF medications that try to get the ovaries to produce multiple eggs. If you already have a reduced number of eggs, are over 37. or have elevated FSH levels, it might be harder for your body to respond properly to IVF medications. In short, if your body listens to the medication and produces more eggs, your IVF is likely to be successful. If it doesn’t, then your chances that the IVF will fail are greater.
      Implantation Issues. These are probably the most common reason that IVF treatment fails. Most of the time when implantation issues occur, it is simply because the embryo stops growing and through no fault of anyone. If there are polyps or cysts on the ovaries, this can also be a contributing factor to implantation issues. Some research even suggests that chromosomal abnormalities that can cause implantation issues in embryos can be present in as many as 50% of cases! These are the most common reasons that IVF treatment fails. You do need to reevaluate and make sure that you are happy with your doctor, your clinic and the services that you are receiving before attempting again. Also, talk candidly with your doctor about what he or she thinks might have went wrong. and if there is anything that you or your partner can do to help things go smoothly the next time around. The most important thing is to stay positive and don’t give up!

    2. Found this useful # Endometriosis is a condition in which tissue similar to the lining of the uterus is located outside the uterus. Usually there are implants of this tissue in the pelvis. When the lining of the uterus bleeds during the menstrual cycle, these implants also bleed. This causes pain and scarring in the pelvis. The other pelvic structures react to this bleeding by becoming adherent to each other so that tubes, ovaries and intestine are stuck together. If the endometrial tissue is within an ovary, that ovary will fill with blood. These are called endometriomas and are cysts in the ovary filled with old blood. This old blood has the appearance of thin chocolate or motor oil. They are also called chocolate cysts of the ovary. Endometriomas are frequently found at surgery for ovarian cysts. An elevated Ca-125 is often associated with endometriosis.
      The treatment of endometriosis is usually by hormonal suppression of the menstrual cycle. This can be accomplished by using birth control pills. If the symptoms persist during the menses then the pills can be taken in a continuous fashion and not interrupted for menses. This is easily done with monophasic pills where every active pill is exactly the same. Most pills are packaged with 21 active pills followed by 7 empty or "dummy" pills. Taking the empty pills is the same as taking no pill at all. The period only occurs when you stop taking the pill. Normally this occurs on the days when the empty pills are being taken. If the empty pills are ignored and an active pill is taken each day, then every day will be exactly the same. As long as the active pill is being taken there will be no menses. The active pills can be taken daily for as long as a year without any problem and without any bleeding.
      Monophasic oral contraceptive pills each contain the same amount of an estrogen and a progestin. The net effect is that of the progestin. A continuous progesterone influence on the lining of the uterus produces thinning or atrophy of the uterine lining. This influence will also atrophy the endometrial implants.
      Hormonal suppression can also be accomplished by injection of a long acting progesterone every 2 or 3 months. This drug is called Depo Provera and can be continued indefinitely. There is also a monthly injection of a GnRH type hormone. This is a Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone agonist. It basically stops all pituitary and ovarian function. It is very effective, but is useful for only 9 months at a time. There is a final solution if nothing works which is removal of the uterus and ovaries. Pregnancy also has a beneficial effect on endometriosis because it is a time of high progesterone levels.

  15. I have been haning on fertility forums since our first visit to the fertility expert. The places were my only source of emotional support and so called ''well being''..(One can hardly imagine how it's possible to feel well when undergoing treatments). So whenever I told people we were using VIP surrogacy package with unlimited number of shots, they truly didn't believe..Most of them were coming back with dozens of questions. i just said YES, it's possible to have this B plan if your treatment plan fails. BioTex staff never guarantees you'll succees with the very first shot. Or that your baby is going to be the healthiest in the world. Or that you'll have no complications during the pregnancy. The clinic does not guarantee those!! Just like any other repro center cannot be sure of the first attempt being successful! BUT, BioTex guarantees, they'll try again and again until you get your baby into hands and fly home. I've never heard of cases where they'd have to refund money back because of unsuccessful treatment within VIP plan. I'd advise people study the info the best before drawing conclusions.

    1. This is a tough way to pass, ladies. Unfortunately we can't do much about it.
      At the start of our journey we had/have an incredibly loving home. We had had a long happy relationship together. And I knew we had so much to give. I had seen happy families created this way.  I saw beautiful children brought to life.  A good friend of mine had just had a donor egg baby that I adored.  They were/are excellent parents and their home is full of love and joy. I saw numerous stories of beautiful DE families. My heart felt warm for them. I wanted that too so much. But the thought of going there traumatized me.  The pain was unbearable. So we wanted to start treatments as soon as possible. I can fully relate to you. Every other visit to a fertility expert was a challenge for me. Doing private cryings after it I felt better but for a couple of hours pretending I'd never had been to infertility struggles. We passed 1 failed ICSI cycle. Then another round ivf with donor eggs overseas. Which brought no luck.. Another one. Successful. But noone can describe the amount of anxiety we feel with every other step. Noone finds the right words for failure pains. This is how our hearts each time break and heal again. To move on with our brave faces on. I'm praying for every struggling couple/single ladies here. Be blessed always!

      4900 EUR - 1 att of donation
      6500 EUR - 1 att with mitochondrial replacement

      9900 EUR - 2 att with mitochondrial donation
      11900 EUR - 5 att of donation
      14900 EUR - 5 att with mitochondrial donation.

      In Ukraine, such a program is carried out only by Biotexcom clinic. With the necessary equipment, a team of professional specialists with international experience, as well as loyal legislation in the field of ART, their doctors successfully introduce modern methods of infertility treatment, mitochondria donation is among them.

  17. This very news of their has just blown me away..BioTexCom Center for Human Reproduction offers patients who are above 40 and for those, who suffer from low levels of AMH, an innovative program that makes it possible to get pregnant with their own eggs. Mitochondria replacement therapy is an innovation and a breakthrough in the field of ART and the fertility treatment. This program gives women, who underwent numerous unsuccessful IVF cycles, aged 40+, patients with low mitochondrial functional activity, an excellent chance to give birth to a child who shares a genetic relationship with her and her partner. Mitochondrion is one of the most important components of any living cell, including the egg. In simple words, mitochondrion is the cell’s energy station. Essentially, its work consists in supplying the cell with vital energy for its normal functioning. Women that went through multiple unsuccessful IVF attempts, as well as of older reproductive age, need to restore oocyte mitochondria in order to successfully become pregnant. A woman can become pregnant only if there are functionally active mitochondria in her oocytes.. Also as one of the posters here told, Mitochondrial donation is an IVF technique that gives families affected by mitochondrial disease the chance of having healthy children. It involves taking the DNA out of a woman’s egg that has faulty mitochondria (the ‘batteries’ that give all our cells their energy), and transferring it to a donor egg with healthy mitochondria. So why does mitochondrial donation matter? Approximately 1 in 200 children in the UK are born with faulty mitochondrial DNA. While many people have mild or no symptoms, around 1 in 6,500 may develop more serious mitochondrial disorders. In many families, mitochondrial disease affects multiple family members. To my mind, it's great BioTexCom is ready to treat even those cases. It means they're sure they can cope professionally.

  18. If it happens you fail..I'm sorry but this is just the treatment nature – You cannot take things for granted. Bucause there are so many factor which can affect the results.. Anyway, your fertility specialist will review the records of your cycle very carefully before your next visit. He'll possibly learn reasons the cycle failed. (Including the results of the ovarian stimulation, any issues with egg quality or quantity, embryo development. Or transfer of the embryos to your uterus). If there were difficulties with ovarian stimulation or egg quantity, your doctor may consider changing the drugs used in the stimulation process. Ask your doctor to give you an honest appraisal of your chances of getting pregnant. Anyway, failure make us closer to the aim for that they investigate more and make improvements to the treatment plan. Our 1st ivf shot resulted in bfn. But the following one successful. Don't give up hope! Because this is not the last letter in the alphabet...and there are many other options.

  19. When we chose BioTexCom med center, we could receive 100% guarantee that the result of the chosen program will be positive! We didn't happen to see such guarantee in any European or American clinic of reproductive medicine. When you decide in favor of BioTexCom you can be sure you are on the doorstep of great changes. As all their patients leave the clinic only with a newborn in arms or being pregnant. They return the full whack in the case of failure. Putting hand in the pocket you pay one fixed sum for the program and not a penny more. All procedures, services and medical supplies have been already included in the programs’ price. Depending on the diagnosis and test results their docs will help to choose the most appropriate medical program which will optimally combine good price and the best chance for the successful result.
    Also what I loved about them is that patients who choose the surrogacy program pay for it on a phased basis:
    1st payment - during the contract signing;
    2nd - after the pickup / puncture procedure (or sperm);
    3rd - when surrogate mother reaches 12th week of pregnancy;
    4th - after child’s birth;
    5th - final stage of the program, when a married couple receives all necessary documents and leaves the clinic with their baby.

  20. I am 39 have had 3 IVF cycles. 1st resulted in an ectopic pregnancy. My last cycle in May resulted in a HCG of 3 which then went to 0 the week after. So the hospital said this was a chemical pregnancy.
    The other things I have wrong is I don't ovulate regular. Very irregular periods and have mild endo. I also seem to have a thick womb lining when I go for my day 2 scan. Still I'm not sure if this is anything?.. I also think I have a short luteral phase.
    Also on both cycles the egg quality didn't seem great the first cycle 6 eggs were taken. All fertilized, and only 3 developed all with fragments and 1 was put back on day 3 all. The rest didn't last and no blasts.  The last cycle 4 eggs were taken and all fertilized. 3 developed and 1 was put back in on day 3 again. Again no blastocycsts and nothing for freezing.
    I currently take a quality pre natal multivit, separate vitamin C, Vitamin D, Omega 3.  I want to improve my egg quality before the next cycle and thinking about taking Q10 and Inositol...  Does anyone recommend anything else?

    1. Yet one more thing. Should I be upping my protein as well as I don't think I have enough?? I don't eat much meat – just twice a week.  I rarely drink alcohol. But I do like sweet things - chocolate  and breakfast cereal etc. I have only have decaf coffee 1 a day!! I guess I am blaming myself but am the correct weight for my height. Also my hubbie takes a multivit and Vitamin C.
      Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
